Features TaskApp2

TaskApp2 can help you be more productive.
From your smallest tasks to your largest projects, TaskApp2 can help you stay organized.
You will be able to add tasks, which includes entering a name and a description(optional).
Then, you'll select a date which you'd like to complete the task by.
This date will be displayed on the task so you're able to remember important dates.
Don't forget to use "Voice to Text" to make adding and editing your tasks even easier!

Tasks contain a name, description, estimated date of completion(EDOC), and a list of subtasks.
Subtasks contain a name, description and EDOC.
Enjoy the freedom to organize your tasks in a logical fashion.
This allows you to track many tasks simultaneously, track your progress, and ultimately complete more tasks and more projects!
The idea for Task App was born out of my own need to stay organized and being frustrated with the offerings in terms of apps or web solutions.
Nearly all of the apps available are very complicated and I never could "get in a groove" of using the app regularly.
I would also start out with great intentions by populating some notes, or tasks, but when a few weeks of having the app rolled around I'd notice that I wasn't using it at all.

I had given a lot of though to the reasons those applications didn't work for me.
One reason was being needlessly complex.
I think complexity is good, but these full featured apps involved so much administration and babysitting that I was repeatedly turned off and eventually lost all hope in finding a good, simple, task management application.
Another thing I realized was missing was the ability to clearly and easily group tasks.
As I acquired an education in project management principles, I was surprised at how simple and logical many of the concepts were.
One important detail is that projects are only closed after many individual tasks have been completed.
All these tasks exist under a logical hierarchy of the project.
I feel that by applying the parent/child, task/subtask relationship to the tasks that it would provide an easy to manage, yet powerful, intuitive and(dare I say?) fun way to be more productive!
Whereas not to get too far away from the simplicity of the app, there are features I am working on incorporating such as:
- The ability to easily view all tasks both active and completed / recover completed tasks.- Automatic calendar scheduling of events/reminders
Happy tasking!
